Aerospace Engineer

Job Description:
Support product design team in documentation and testing of Space Shuttle Multifunctional Electronic Display Sub-system (MEDS) flight hardware to verify compliance to functional, thermal and vibration requirements.

Experience in interpreting technical specifications, writing environmental test procedures, conducting environmental test. Individual will work with multiple functional groups to accomplish testing and resolving any issues arising from the tests. Experience with test setup of environmental and electrical test equipment and setup. Familiarity with government programs desired.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have a BS Electrical Engineering 1 year related experience or MS Degree minimum
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Good Written and Oral/Presentation skills
Six Sigma Green Belt or Design for Six Sigma certified
Experience with vehicle avionics systems and/or hardware
